ORMANOVICH, Rudolph, Sr. “Rudy” of Kalamazoo, MI. Passed away July 28, 2009 at his home as were his wishes. He was born August 28, 1928 in Kalamazoo, to the late Lyubon and Yula Leucic Ormanovich. Rudy was united in marriage on March 6, 1959, to the former Ada Mae Avery, who preceded him in death in January of 1995.
An avid fisherman that enjoyed his time on the water and couldn’t wait to fish on the ice in the winter. Rudy enjoyed puttering in the yard, grooming his lawn and was always busy.
Rudy missed his wife dearly and always said this was his true love, he adored his wife and family. Surviving Rudy are his children, Carrie Ormanovich of Kalamazoo and Rudy Michelle Ormanovich, Jr. of Kalamazoo. Also preceding him in death were three brothers and a sister.
