Rudolph Lloyd Matta “Rudy”- God called one of his Angels to be with his lord Jesus Christ on January 6th at the age of 59 years old after his long battle with Cyclic vomiting syndrome.
Rudy was born on April 19, 1961 to Louis and Frances matta.
He was a carpenter and spent many years in construction. He was a hunter and fisherman, and liked to tend to his garden.
He is survived by his wife of 39 yrs. Julia Guerrero Matta, Daughters Leandra matta Hernandez and husband Victor Hernandez. Rudie Renee Matta and spouse Daniel Ramirez. And youngest daughter Sara Matta. 8 grandchildren George, Angel, Jacob, Victor Jr., Patrick, Julianna Hernandez and Douglas Matta.
3 Great grandchildren Layla, Anthony, and Laurence. Mother Frances Matta, brothers Steve and wife Gabi Matta, George and wife Anna Matta, and David Matta. Sisters Sandra and husband Robert Padilla, Annie Gutierrez and significant other Joe DeLaRosa, and Laurie Matta.
Proceeding him in death are father Luois O. Matta I, brother Louis A. Matta, sisters Angie Stubie, Margaret Matta, Mary Sanchez, grandmother Rosie Duran, son baby boy Matta, and Granddaughter Jaszabel Hernandez.
Longtime friends- Orlando Padilla and Robert Koonce.
