Mrs. Ruby Wade Sides, 88 of Lake City, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. She was born in Trenton, Florida to the late Hector McNeil Wade and Gladys Charlotte Barnett Wade. Mrs. Sides was a graduate of Baldwin High School in Baldwin, Florida, class of 1945. She loved to play basketball and played for both Baldwin High School and the City of Jacksonville Women’s League. Mrs. Sides was an avid Florida Gator Fan and she enjoyed watching all of the Gator sports, college football, especially SEC football.
