Mrs. Ruby W. Cason, 89, of Interlachen passed away Tuesday evening July 12, 2022 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Alachua, Florida, she was the daughter of the late John Ervin and Lula Mae Hilliard Coleman and had lived in Lake City for many years before moving to Interlachen in 2006. She was an avid reader especially reading her Bible and morning devotions every day with her morning coffee.
She is survived by her children, Sherry Boehm (Bryan), Kenny Cason (Mary), Pam Jolley (Mark), Timmy Cason, Charlene Cason, and Ed Cason (Diane); 20 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
