Ruby was born May 30, 1930 in Preble County, Ohio, the daughter of James and Mary (Stayton) Bowman. She married Dorris Cornell Dalton, who preceded her in death. Ruby was a homemaker, enjoying gardening and doing yard work.
Ruby is survived by her daughter Yvonne (David) Coning of Aurora; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers, and six sisters.
