Mrs. Ruby Lee Palmer, age 94 of Cleveland. Mrs. Palmer passed away Monday, January 27, 2014.
Ruby was born in Stephens County on July 6, 1919 to the late Roy Cash and Ethel Sosebee Cash.
In addition to her parents, Ruby is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Pern Palmer as well as sister, Lillie Mae Hefner and brother, Grady Cash and son in law, Frank Adams
She is survived by son and daughter in law, Arthur and Betty Palmer, Cleveland; daughter, Martha Adams of Marietta; sister, Ruth Fortner of Lugoff, South Carolina as well as 3 grandsons, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and special friend, Leona Allen.
The family like to acknowledge the staff of Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center for their unending care and compassion.
