She was born on January 6, 1925 in Cottondale, Fl to Henry and Lula Broom. Ms. Cook was a resident of Tallahassee for 51 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Claude Cook and 10 brothers and sisters. Survivors include, daughter, Sybil Vogt of Winter Haven, Fl; six grandchildren, Tammy Hamilton (Archie) of Tallahassee, Gregory Watson (Patti) and Regina Vogt of Winter Haven, Lisa Campbell (Jeff) of Gastonia, NC, Scott Vogt (Linda) of Murfreesboro, TN, David Vogt of Sacramento, CA, 15 grandchildren, one brother, Odel Broom (Virginia) of Winter Haven and numerous nieces and nephews.
