Ruby Ann Renforth, 72, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014, at Sugar Creek Nursing & Rehab in Greenfield.
Ann was born September 28, 1942, in Memphis, TN to the late Augustus and Thelma (Bledsoe) McKnett.
She worked as a cook at Mt. Vernon Elementary Cafeteria for 23 years and at Fall Creek Retirement Village for 10 years. She was a member of Fortville Christian Church.
She is survived by son Phillip M. (Melissa) Renforth of Cambridge City; daughter Terri L. (Brent) Smith of Indianapolis; custodial grandson Scott A. Renforth of Ingalls; four other grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; brother William A. McKnett of Memphis, TN; and sister Joy Kay Burke of Brunswick, GA.
She was preceded in death by her husband Phillip R. Renforth.
