Rubin V. Fullwood, 71, of Manchester, formerly of Finksburg, died Friday, January 29, 2016, at the Dove House surrounded by his loving family.  Born June 28, 1944 in Baltimore County, he was the son of the late James Franklin Fullwood, Sr. and Lou Esta Hamilton Fullwood.  He was the husband of the late Jeanne Louise Fullwood, who died August 7, 2011.

Before retiring, he worked as the manager of manufacturing at Westinghouse and Northrup Grumman.  He was a 1962 graduate of Dundalk High School and obtained a B.S. degree from the University of Baltimore.  He served in the Army and was a member of the American Legion Post No. 116 in Reisterstown, 30 year member of the Westminster Elks Lodge No. 2277, Owings Mills VFW Post No. 521 and Past President of the BUCS Club.  He was a former member of Wakefield Valley and charter member of Quail Valley.

He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Melanie L. and Michael L. Wolfe of Manchester and daughter Crystal E. Fullwood and companion Josh Deardorff of Westminster, grandchildren Rachel Wolfe and boyfriend Jonathan Ebberts, Landon Wolfe and girlfriend Danielle Mikoloskiand Sloane Deardorff, sister and brother-in-law Benetta and Robert Staab of Dundalk, brother and sister-in-law James F. Jr. and Carol Johnson Fullwood of Abingdon, devoted companion Brenda Dell and her family Brian and Dori Kovens and Kris Bates,mother-in-law Leona Lilly, sister-in-laws Bonnie Lilly and Linda Edwards and husband Eddie.  Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
