Rubert Bruce “Bud” Snopps, 84, of Bridgeport, died Wednesday, January 20, 2010, following an extended illness. He was born March 6, 1925 in Tesla, Braxton County, WV, the son of the late Lelah N. Facemire and Alva Ochletree. He graduated from Grafton High School in 1943. Mr. Snopps married JoAnn Tanner on July 2, 1949 at the home of the Reverend Philip W. Horne, Sr. in Bridgeport, WV.
