Mr. Ruben Smith was born on March 3, 1936 to the late Samuel Rymer and Camilla Smith in the British Virgin Island, Soldier Hill. As a little boy growing up, Ruben spent time in Brewers Bay until the age of 5, then relocated to Hookie Hill, Tortola to live with Mr. Wally Robinson.
