Roy Nathan Bullock, 66 died on December 12, 2019. He was born on October 12, 1953 in Rison, Arkansas to James and Martha Bullock.

Roy was a kind, devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a dedicated christian man that loved the Lord by being involved in music ministry for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He would sacrifice to make sure they were well taken care of.

He could fix anything from a flashlight to a tractor trailer. He never met an engine he couldn’t fix. Roy was known for using spare parts, and even making parts that he needed to fix something including his first motorcycle. Our family has a saying “If Papa can’t fix no one can”.

He loved riding and fixing motorcycles, old cars, driving fast, in his younger days riding levees. He loved challenges and didn’t  stop until he fixed or built whatever was needed, including building his first bike from spare parts. He loved play practical jokes on people and could come up with a funny comment about any situation.

He would help anyone that needed help. We stopped on the side of the road many times to help people change their tires. If he didn’t have what someone needed he would help them find  someone or a place that did.

There are not enough words to express what  a wonderful, talented, humorous, intelligent and devoted loving, giving man that the Lord blessed us when he gave us Roy. He has impacted the lives of everyone that he met and made us better for having the honor and privilege to know and love him.
