Mr. Baxley was born December 31, 1939 in Columbus, GA. He and his family moved to Lakeland in the mid 1950’s. Mr. Baxley was employed by American General Life Insurance Company (now AIG). In 1973 he was transferred out of state. Mr.
Mr. Baxley is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Luvenia Baxley; son, Keith Baxley and his wife, Debbie; daughter, Sandi Forehand and her husband, Mike; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way.
