Roy E. Treat, 89, passed away peacefully at home on February 23, 2013. Roy was a kind neighbor, loving husband, and devoted family man who practiced his strong faith in everything he did. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Roy was born April 22, 1923 and was raised in Colorado Springs, and made Canon City his home in 1985. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the South Pacific.
