Roxy Ann Cribb, 85, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at Novant Health Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.
She was born on Dec. 27 1936, in Elon, NC to the late Winford and Violet Stokes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Carl Cribb, daughter Carla Cribb Brown, infant son, Phillip Cribb; and sister Gwen Stokes Parks, niece Bunny Parks, sister-in-law Shirley Cribb Simerson and brother-in-law Edwin Cribb
Roxy graduated from Red Springs High School, where she was a honor student and cheerleader. Upon graduation she married and traveled the world as a military wife. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in accounting from Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas. She worked in banking for many years before transitioning into the ministry field teaching classes and leading bible studies. She was a devoted Christian, patriot, wife, mother and sister.
