Rowland Stewart “Butch” Cutter, Jr., 75, of Buford, GA passed away on January 12, 2021.
He was pre-deceased by Diana Lynn Cutter, his wife of 52 years, and his brother David E. Dichard.
He is survived by his children, Sheri Lynn Mackey and Stephen Walter Mackey, Los Angeles, and Michael Stewart and Kathleen Cutter, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Stephen Stewart Mackey, Savannah Lynn Mackey, and Samuel Argus; sisters, Annette Paddock, Santee,CA, Miriam Petrillo, San Diego, CA, Michelle Dichard-Schoppert and Kurt Schoppert, Lewisberry, PA; brother, Anthony Dichard, Lewisberry, PA.
Rowland Stewart Cutter, Jr was born on March 3, 1945, in Harrisburg, PA, and lived in Buford, GA for 20 years. He was a 1964 graduate of Mt. Miguel High School in Spring Valley, CA. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force from 1964-1968. He was a retired Department of Defense Firefighter from 1970-1997. He served with distinction in Rota, Spain, Subic Bay and Cubi Point, Philippines, Okinawa, Japan, and San Diego, CA. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling, and traveling with his family. He was a member of the Lawrenceville Senior Recreation Center where he enjoyed many hours of companionship with his friends.
