He was born September 2, 1960 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Sherman E. and Doris P.(Van-Fange) Troutman.
Ross was preceded in death by his loving mother; Doris P. (Van-Fange) Troutman.
Left us to rejoin his mother, Ross graduate for Cold Spring School where he was a star basketball player, and special olympics track star.
He was an avid fisherman.
Survivors: father: Sherman E. Troutman; sister: Patti Ann; brother: Henry(Angie) Troutman; Aunt Vickie and Tammy.
