Ross Alan Williams

Ross Alan Williams, 51, died Thursday October 6, 2016 of complications due to liver disease.

He was born on April 28, 1965 in Ogden, Utah to Phil Pszenny and Gail Hansen Williams.

He married Cheryl Spencer on August 4, 1982 in Austin, TX. They later divorced.

He married Maureen Williams on January 1, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV.

He joined the US Coast Guard in 1985 and was honorably discharged in 1987.

Ross was truly a Jack of all Trades. He performed work as a carpenter, plumber, electrician, landscaper, arborist, sprinkler repairman, semi-truck driver and for nearly 20 years as a transporter of recreational vehicles across the US and Canada. He enjoyed traveling and said his office window was the windshield of an RV. He loved playing baseball and football and enjoyed camping. He was a great cook and made the best gravies and sauces, which he learned to make from his grandmother.

He will be remembered by his family, friends and neighbors for always being willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. Additionally, he’ll be remembered for his great sense of humor and gifted ability to captivate listeners with the many stories of experiences throughout his life.

He is survived by his wife, Maureen Williams, daughter Cali Chey (Justin) Weekes, grandsons: Boston and Tristin Weekes, mother Gale Hillaker, father Phil Pszenny, sister Teresa (Chris) Maple, brothers: Troy (Tena) Campbell, Bill Anderson and James (Shana) Hillaker, nephews: Lance Maple, Dravin, Hunter and Eli Hillaker, and nieces: Jamie Maple and Emma Hillaker.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lyman and Gladys Hansen, his Aunt Billie and Uncle Arnold Jackson, and Uncle Lanny Hansen.

His wife would like to thank the nurses and doctors in the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit at Ogden Regional Medical Center for their excellent care and extreme kindness.
