Rosie Falcon, of Hobbs, passed away on August 26, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family. On the day she passed, heaven gained an angel. Rosie was born to her devoted parents, Antonio and Juana Davila on February 6, 1959 in Matamoros, Mexico.

Rosie lived a life of passion and love, a love of people and their stories. No matter where she was, at home or on her many travels throughout Texas, Mexico and New Mexico, Rosie was never without a friend. A simple trip to the grocery store would turn in to a reunion, because there were always people she knew. This loving woman adored catching up with friends, old and new, and helping anyone she could. She brought a smile to everyone who crossed her path, as well as a hug or two.

Rosie worked a variety of jobs over her life, as a caregiver, shopkeeper, even a bus and limo driver for a time. Her favorite thing was going to the river in Camp wood, Texas. Her second favorite thing was storing all her things in places her patient husband thought he was going to use.

Rosie’s memory will live on in those she leaves behind. She is survived by her husband Temporasan Falcon, children; Daniel (Chasidy) and Angela, grandchildren; Elizabeth, Joanna, Marco, Daniel Jr., and Karina, and one great-grandchild, Elijah. She also leaves her sisters; Maria, Dalores, Elizabeth and Martina, brothers; Ruben, Tony, Eli and Pablo as well as host of extended family and friends.
