Rosetta died on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Hardin Hills Health Center in Kenton. She was born on August 7, 1938 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Fred and Grace (Ramsey) Garvey. On May 22, 1957 she married James Slusher and he preceded her in death on November 26, 2006.
Surviving are 3 children; Patricia Ann (David) Ward, Douglas Randle (Donna) Slusher, Rose Annette (Rodney) Barnes, 4 grandchildren; Jamie Gammon, Lee Ward, Danelle Smock, Doug Slusher, 8 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and 4 siblings; Fredrick (Dana) Garvey, Larry (Sally) Garvey, Gary (Sheila) Garvey, and Connie Scott.
She was preceded in death by 8 siblings; Raymond Garvey, Kenny Garvey, Frankie Garvey, Johnny Garvey, Billy Blue, Geneva Gorwen, Lucille Holland, and Barbara Kiss.
Rosetta enjoyed sun bathing and traveling. She loved her family dearly, and loved to spend time with them as often as she could.
