Rosemary Wilson, age 83 of Centralia, IL, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Centralia Manor. Rosemary was born on February 12, 1933, in Centralia, the daughter of Hugh and Elsie (Criley) Holloway.
On July 24, 1954, she married Jerry Wilson in Marysville, CA and he preceded her in death on February 11, 2000.
She is survived by two first cousins, Bill Criley and wife Anita of Centralia and David Criley and wife Edith of Centralia; two second-cousins, Ron Criley and Gary Criley; and many close friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jerry. Rosemary was a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
She worked as an assistant librarian for Centralia City School and Centralia High School for 24 years. She attended First Presbyterian Church in Centralia and was a member of the Lady Elks, Centralia Jr. Women’s Club, and Greenview Golf Club. Rosemary was a very social lady and enjoyed going out with her many friends. She loved animals, especially her rescue cat, Molly. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
