Prospect – Mrs. Rosemary T. (Perazzella) Hurlbut, age 75, of Prospect, passed away peacefully on Sunday April 5, 2015 at Paradigm Healthcare Center in Prospect. She was the wife of Charles Henry Hurlbut for 50 wonderful years. Mrs. Hurlbut was born in Waterbury on December 29, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Francis Perazzella, Sr. and the late Adelaide (Savage) Mastropietro. She was a graduate of Post College where she was a Deans List student and member of the Honor Society.
