Rosemary McCuistian, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Born in San Antonio, TX on February 8, 1947, she was the daughter of Fidel and Belia Hernandez. A resident of Fair Oaks Ranch since November 1993, she was a member of First Baptist Church of Boerne. Preceded in death by her parents and son, Ian, Rosemary is survived by her husband of nearly 44 years, Marion “Mac” McCuistian; brothers, Rudy Hernandez (Susan), Ray Hernandez (Patsy), and Rene Hernandez. Her San Antonio nieces and nephews include Ray, Rachael, Elizabeth, Sara, Lisa and Matthew. Rosemary has many relatives in Oregon whom she loved. Rosemary was a person of faith, character and principle and who was a delight to those who loved her. Special thanks to the ALS UT Medical Center headed by Dr. Carlayne Jackson and to the dedicated employees of Encompass Hospice who greatly assisted in Rosemary’s care.
