Rosemary Daily Eberhard, age 73 went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2010 after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Rosemary Patricia Daily Eberhard was born in Bay City at St. Mary’s Hospital on March 7, 1937 to Frank Patrick and Geraldine (Simpson) Daily. She was the oldest of three children, with a sister Ada Lou Smith of Austin TX, and a brother Frank Patrick Daily, Jr. of Essexville. She graduated from Holy Rosary Academy, and St. Joseph High School. Rosemary attended the St. Mary’s Hospital School of Nursing and worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw as a Surgical Technician, then for Dr. Cousins in his office. Rosemary married Frank A. Eberhard, May 21, 1960. They had four daughters, Lisa Marie, Christine Ann, Kathleen Frances, and Suzanne Marie. They were active members their church, where Rosemary taught Kindergarten Sunday School at St. Mary’s Church and seventh grade Sunday School at St. Boniface Church in Bay City. Recognizing God’s call on her life, she graduated from the Christ for the Nations Bible Training School in 1977, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and was then ordained at Gloryland Bible College in 1985. Rosemary has served as co-pastor of Dwelling Place Church, chaplain at Bay Medical Center, an officer of Bay County Clergy, co-pastor of Free Spirit Ministries, and taught at Ministries Institute. Rosemary served on the Bay County Physical and Sexual Abuse Task Force from 1988-1992. She was a guest preacher and teacher at Mid-Michigan Teen Challenge of Saginaw. She and her husband Frank were active in ministry at Fraser Road Church of God. Rosemary was s true Proverbs 31 woman and an excellent mother with an infinite capacity to love, teach and nurture. Rosemary is survived by her daughters and their husbands Lisa and Peter Boettcher of Clancy, Montana; Christine and Gerald Mulka of Grand Rapids; Kathleen and James Washabaugh of Bay City; and Suzanne and Gregory Brown of Auburn. She is also survived by her sister Ada Lou and husband Robert Smith of Austin, Texas and her brother Frank Patrick and his wife Betty Daily of Essexville. She is also survived by her grandchildren 1LT Benjamin and Rachel Boettcher, Artist Fantz, Kathy and Kevin Deer, Jamie and Lorrie Brown, Alexandra Washabaugh, and Olivia Washabaugh along with six great grand children Davie Boettcher, Chelsea Brown, Colin Deer, Jillian Deer, Travis Brown, Keltie Deer, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband Frank Eberhard, and her parents Frank and Geraldine Daily and their great granddaughter, Carly Reinke.
