Rosemary Catherine Horn Hughes, 85, of Aspers, PA, died Thursday, January 21, 2016, at York Hospital, surrounded by her family. Born December 5, 1930 in New Orleans, LA, she was the daughter of the late Mary Catherine Huber and George Joseph Horn. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Harry A. “Bud” Hughes.
She graduated from St. John’s Catholic High School and was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by children Peggy Soper of Westminster, Rose Mary Morris and husband Donald of New Windsor, J. Richard “Rick” Hughes and wife Norma of Thurmont, Catherine Kemper and husband Donnie of Cascade, MD and David Hughes and wife Beth of Glenville, PA, sisters Ann Marie Garber of Gettysburg, PA and Therese Nevius of Westminster. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by brothers George and Stephen Horn.
