Roseann Hannay, age 84, of Salem, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the Essex of Salem III. She was born October 11, 1930 in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Barry) Loutzenhiser. She was a 1949 graduate of Salem High School. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She was employed at the former Penn Motor Supply in Salem, where she was partners with her husband for 25 years. She enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren. Her husband Ronnie A. Hannay, whom she married September 16, 1950, preceded her in death January 9, 2012; four brothers, Joe, Richard, Don, and William; four sisters, Pat Stoita, Mary Ellen Green, Viola Lease, and Margaret Schaefer. Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda Ann (Phillip) Murphy of Malvern; 5 sons, Ron A. (Lorna Gayle) Hannay of Salem, Ray J. (Diana) Hannay of Canton, Robert Paul Hannay of Salem, Roger A. (Anna Marie) Hannay of Tallmadge and Rodney Hannay of Beloit; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
