Rose T. Bowman, 95, of Freemansburg, passed away, Monday, July 20, 2015, at Old Orchard Health Center, in Palmer Twp. She was the wife of Charles M. Bowman, Sr. with whom she shared 46 years of marriage, and the late John Reccek, who passed away in 1964. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late John and Katalin (Kila) Weinperl. She worked for Hellertown Manufacturing for 30 years. Rose was an active member of Trinity U.C.C. of Freemansburg, where she sang on the Choir. Survivors: surviving with her husband, Charles are a son, Darryl Reccek, Sr. and his wife, Lynn of Bethlehem; a daughter, Kathleen Dreisigmeyer of Freemansburg; a brother, Jack Weinperl; 4 grandchildren, Raymond Dreisigmeyer and his wife, Shelly of Freemansburg, Brian Dreisigmeyer and his wife, Denise of Coplay; Darryl Reccek, Jr. and his wife, Melissa of Allentown; Sherry Buss and her husband, Rick of Nazareth; 4 great-grandchildren, Matthew, Haley, Tanner and Trevor, a great-great-grandson, Matthew, Jr.; a step-son, Charles Bowman, Jr. and his wife, Loretta of Bethlehem Twp. and 2 step- grandchildren. Brothers, William, John, Frank and Andy Weinperl and sisters, Theresa Burnside, Elizabeth Richards, Mary Pieiocio, Kathirine Gundacker and Caroline Weinperl all died earlier.
