Rose-Marie (Pepin) Colbourne Nelson, 87, of Cromwell, devoted wife of the late Lawrence Nelson, passed away on October 11th at the home she shared with her granddaughter, Kelly Leclerc. She was born in Lake Stearns, FL to the late Alfred and Emily (Robbins) Pepin. Rose-Marie is survived by her son, Randall Colbourne and his wife, Frances of Lebanon; her daughter, Wendy Case and her husband, Joel of FL; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren, she was so proud of; her brother, Charles Pepin of FL; and many loving friends and relatives. She was also predeceased by her son, Clifford Colbourne and her brother, Alfred Pepin, Jr.
