Rose Marie Kristopeit (nee Bruns) passed away on March 13, 2021 at the Angels Assisted Living Home. She was 91 years old. Rose Marie was born in Racine, Wisconsin on March 23, 1929. She graduated from William Horlick High School, and went on to work for J.I. Case Company. She met Robert Kristopeit, the love of her life, and they married on March 19, 1949. They had been married for 70 years when Robert passed. Rose Marie became a homemaker extraordinaire. She was a fabulous cook, and housekeeper her whole life. She loved going to the S. C. Johnson Lighthouse Resort in Minocqua, Wisconsin. She belonged to Racine Chapter No. 45 Order of the Eastern Star and served twice as a Star Point. Dad and Mom loved exploring Arizona locations never tiring of the landscape. She is survived by two daughters: Cynthia L. Kristopeit (William Uminski) and Susan A. Martin (Michael Martin), four Grandchildren (Jennifer, Christian, Keir and Megan), and four Great-grandchildren (Wesley, Samantha, Elijah and Lucas). She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; by her parents; and her brother, Norman.
