Rose L. Reams, 94, of Anderson, passed away on May 17, 2015 at Countryside Manor Health Care.
She was born on July 14, 1920 in North Judson, Indiana and resided most of her life in Crawfordsville. Rose graduated from Russelville High School, and she served her country in the Army during WWII. She retired from AT&T as a Telephone Operator. She was a member of Pioneer Club, and Christ Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing, and spending time with her family. Rose was extremely proud that on September 6, 2014, she was able to take part in going on the “Honor Flight” to Washington D.C. with her daughter, and her fellow veterans.
Rose is survived by her loving daughters, Karen Reams of Anderson, Jane Reams of Anderson, Kathy Owens of Anderson, grandson, Craig (fiancée Suzy Gold) Owens of St. Peters, MO, and her sister, Wanda Hedge of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Reams, her parents, and 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
