Rose L. Ragas, 83, of Toms River, NJ passed away Sunday December 23, 2012 at Aristacare at Whiting. Born in Pennsylvania, she lived in in Palisades Park and North Bergen, NJ before moving to Toms River 16 years ago. Rose was a parishioner of St Justin RC Church, Toms River and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Palisades Park, NJ.
Predeceased by her husband John Ragas and her siblings Joseph Alu, Salvatore Alu, Margaret Iannandrea, Bridget Pratesi, Marie Fleming, Raymond Alu, and Jerome Alu. Surviving are 4 sons John Ragas of Toms River, Frank Ragas of Maryland, Ronald Ragas of Bellville, NJ and Paul Ragas of Lake Hopatcong, NJ; 2 daughters Mary Holinsworth of Maryland and Roseann Thogode of Toms River 14 grandchildren Sue Holinsworth- Chop, Chris, Lisa and Brian Holinsworth, Corey Dieterle, Kevin, Amy, Kristine, Emma, Jason, Brandi,and Thomas Ragas, Danielle and Erin Thogode, 4 great grandchildren.
