Rose E. Brown, 87, of Andrews, IN, and formerly of Huntington, IN, passed away at 4:57 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2017, at her residence.
Rose was born on March 13, 1930, in Decatur, IN, to Chester LeRoy and Doris M. (Springer) Werst. Her parents preceded her in death. Rose married Roy David Brown on October 11, 1989. He survives and resides in Andrews, IN.
Rose worked as a Winder at R E Magnetics, DeLand, FL.
Rose is survived by her husband, Roy, one son, Robert Paul (Mary) Brown, Wilshire, OH; one daughter, Nilela Jean Stouder, Orange City, FL; one step-son, David Mitchell Brown, Plainfield, IN; one brother, Olen LeRoy (Dixie) Werst, Geneva, IN; 7 grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Kathrine Harter; one step-daughter, Connie Throckmorton; one brother, Frederick James Werst; and one sister, Haddy Bernice Nelson.
