Rose Charlene Ortega and Elvis, 72, of Pueblo went to be with our Heavenly Father October 22, 2022. She passed away at home. She was born July 13, 1950 to Justo and Lorenza (Sanchez) Ortega, both precede her in death along with siblings, Leroy, Billy, Jenny, Gilbert, Richard, Justo Jr. and Katie Oetega, Rosie was a hard worker, she worked at P.D.I. for 53 years. She loved Elvis, all of his movies and especially his songs, she loved singing them. She loved going to the Pueblo Mall, the State Fair, and the Flea Market. She also loved her game shows. Rose is survived by siblings MaryAnn (Richard) Stickler, Isidro (Joseph) -Toyann (Patterson) Ortega-Marylou (LuLu) and Levi Trujillo, Johnny and Lee Ortega, and her best friend and caretaker for 10 years, Angie Fresquez; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends who loved her and will miss her.
