Ann is survived by her husband Ken Phelps, their oldest son Brian and his wife Jennifer and granddaughter Patience, and their youngest son Daniel and his wife Stacey and grandchildren Joshua and Arianna. Siblings include Peggy (David) Smith, Joe Page and David (Amanda) Page and their families.
