She is preceded in death by her father, Aniceto Lara Sr., and brother, Aniceto Lara Jr.
Rosie is survived by her loving & devoted husband, Alfredo Rios Jr.; daughters, Kathleen (Sam) Ulloa, & Faith Galvan; 3 grandchildren; mother, Josefina Lara.
