Rosanna M. Kennel, 86, of Metamora passed away on Friday May 25, 2012 at her residence.
She was born on August 19, 1925 in Peoria the daughter of Ira and Pauline Pollmeier Vegalius. She married Arthur J. Kennel on June 28, 1947 in Peoria. He passed away on May 14, 2001.
Surviving is one son Michael (Vicki) Kennel of Metamora, three daughters Judith (Arthur) Ehrlich of East Peoria, Nancy (Duane) Koch of Cazenovia, and Kristine (Michael) Uzelac of Germantown Hills. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She worked in her early years at Illinois Bell Telephone Co. in Peoria. For many years she was the tax assessor for Metamora Township. She was a member of St.
