Mrs. Rosalie Mary Westfall, age 74, of Volga, WV passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at UHC in Bridgeport.
She was born on August 29, 1940 in Fall River, Mass., a daughter of the late Joseph Costa Barcellos and Hazel Baker Barcellos.
Mrs. Westfall was a homemaker for 55 years, born a Catholic she changed her faith to Methodist when meeting the love her life, Retired Senior Master Sergeant Robert Dwight Westfall. She loved collecting antique depression glass, Westmoreland glass, was an avid doll collector, and enjoyed her dogs, riding golf carts and loved Dogwoods.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by daughter, Jennifer Marie Westfall and brothers Robert Barcellos and Emmanuel Barcellos.
She is survived by her husband whom she married on August 29, 1959, Robert Dwight Westfall; 6 children, Rose Bernadette Westfall, of MD, Robert Dwight Westfall, II., of CA, Joseph Lawrence Westfall, of WV., Emily Anne Westfall, of MD., David Burton Westfall, of MD., and Charles Jason Westfall, of WV; grandchildren, Amelia Rose Westfall Frost, Molly Camille Westfall, Katelyn Marie Westfall, Robert Dwight Westfall III, and Joshua Mabry Westfall; step-mother, Dorothy Henrique Barcellos, of FL; sister, JoAnn Marie Barcellos; step-brothers, Steven Allan Domingues, Kenneth Domingues; brother-in-law, Denver Gene Westfall and wife Sandra Ruth, and Larry Jay Westfall; sister-in-law, Kathleen Ruth Westfall; aunt, Irene Silva Barcellos, and lifelong friend, Elizabeth Mello; large number of cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.
