Mrs. Rosalie Dorothy Barnosky, age 92, of Mt. Clare passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014 from Meadowview Manor Health Care Center in Bridgeport.
Rosalie was born on February 8, 1922 in Clarksburg, a daughter to the late, Domenick Liberati and Mary Josephine Massoro Liberati. She loved spending time with her family; was an excellent Italian cook and would always prepare large traditional meals for the holidays. She enjoyed having a large garden every year and grew up on a dairy farm at Hoop Pole Run and later became a hair dresser at the Stonewall Hotel. After marriage she raised her family and gave them continuous love and support. She was a member and served as the Elder of the Presbyterian Church of Our Savior. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Barnosky; son, Richard Lewis Barnosky; daughter-in-law, Dianna Barnosky; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
She is survived by, son, Ronald G. Barnosky, of Mt. Clare and daughter, Susan M. Sutton, of Clarksburg; 1 grandchild, Joel Michael Barnosky.
