Rosa Lee Bailey Higgins, age 85, of Winder, GA passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020.
She was preceded in death by husband of fifty-nine years, Grady Higgins; son, Eddy Lamar Holbrook; and daughter, Dwyna Christine Elinburg.
Mrs. Higgins is survived by daughter, Lisa (Terry) Gower, Winder, GA; grandchildren, Keith Holbrook, Chad and Jackie Holbrook, Dana Holbrook, Brandy Gower, T. J. Gower, Kevin Elinburg, KayLee Elinburg; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Lona Belle (Kenneth) Thompson, Lawrenceville, GA and Lottie Ruth Higgins, Dahlonega, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Higgins was born on June 4, 1935 in Buford, GA.
She was retired from Gwinnett County Public Schools where she was a bus driver for seventeen years. Mrs. Higgins was a member of Peoples Baptist Church in Jefferson, GA.
