Rosa (Roslmair) Kasputis, 88, of New Hartford and formerly of Burlington and Bristol, beloved wife of Frank Kasputis, died Monday, September 22, 2008, at the Cherry Brook Health Care Center in Canton.
She was born July 1, 1920 in Munich, Germany, daughter of the late Joseph and Katharina Roslmair. Mrs. Kasputis was a longtime resident of Burlington and Bristol before moving to New Hartford to live with her daughter, Rosa. She was employed at the former Petit’s Grocery Store in Bristol for many years and was also a member of St.
Besides her husband, Frank, she is survived by her three children, Rosa Butler and her husband, Al of New Hartford, Franz Kasputis of New Britain, and Peter Kasputis of Vermont; her three grandchildren, Daniel, Andrea, and Peter; numerous nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her grandson, Michael, and her eleven siblings.
