Rosa Lee High of, 453 Bernice Place, was born May 06, 1934, went home to be with the Lord on July 03, 2010.
Rosa was a retired custodian for the City of Virginia Beach School Board and a member of Big Piney Grove Baptist Church, Virginia Beach for over 50 years.
Rosa was predeceased by her husband Charlie J. High, Sr., her mother and Father Mary and Noah Dozier, Sisters Lee Ella Holley, Lillie Mae Wright, brothers Herman Dozier and Hayward Dozier.
She leaves to cherish her memories forever a sister Beatrice Dozier, children Co-pastor Barbara Davis (Pastor Sidney L. Davis), of Virginia Beach, Dorothy James(Shepard James, Jr.), Charlie J. High, Jr.(Lisa) of Radcliff, KY, grandchildren Gerald Davis(Tamara Lynn) of Brown Mills, NJ, Charlie Owens of Virginia Beach, Tamara Morton(Junious) of Virginia Beach, Lovelee High of Radcliff, KY, and four great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Annie Dell Scott of Forsyth, GA and a special friend Margaret Davis.
