Rosa Etta (Lester) Hays, 91, of Bloomington, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Meadowood Health Pavilion. Born, December 1, 1918 in Pluski County, KY, she was the daughter of Harvey and Mary Alice (Howell) Lester.
Rosa was a homemaker and a member of the Sanders Pentecostal Church. She was married to the late Harold Hays (1985).
Survivors include one son, Terry Joe Hays (Le Ann), one daughter, Vickie D. Young (Phil) all of Bloomington, four grandchildren, Krystal Marker, Rusty Parks, Darren and Dusten Young, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hays, one daughter, Brenda Parks, five brothers, Herbert, Cecil, Preston, Gib, and Uless Lester, two grandchildren, Ricky and Roger Parks, and her parents.
