ROSA B. QUINTERO, was born March 18, 1937 in Winslow, AZ to Marsial Borrego and Clara Ortiz. Rosa was a Christian woman who went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the age of 84, surrounded by her loved ones when she was called home.
If you ever met Rosa, you knew she was spunky, loving, and vivacious. She seeped love from her very pores. Rosa was married to Robert Quintero and had five children, but raised seven.
Her children were her very reason to live and she had an army of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even one great-great-grandchild.
Rosa is survived by daughter Delia Irvin (Tom), son Steve Villegas (Debbie), daughter Rosa Alba, daughter Christina Quintero-Giovannetti (Rick), and daughter Bernadette Rodriguez (Ronald). Also survived by her brother Tony Borrego and sisters Pola Palos and Clara Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son David Villegas, grandson Andrew Robert Quintero, sisters Kathleen Ortiz, Socorro Jurado, and brothers Max Borrego, Julian Borrego, Ruben Borrego, Johnny Borrego, and Ramon Borrego.
