Roosevelt Cain, 67 a resident of Middletown, was transitioned to his eternal reward on December 6, 2007. “Buddy”, as he was affectionately called by his father and mother the late Doris and Lula (Cain) Foxworth. Born November 10, 1940, Roosevelt graduated from Gibbs High School in Pamplico, SC in 1960. He earned his cosmetology license in the early 70’s and was a Barber at Wrights Barber Shop for over 20 years.
