Justin (Ronnie) attended Ruskin High School and then went to College at the University of Central Missouri for three years. Justin decided to take a break from school and took a position with Hallmark Cards for three years. He then changed careers and started working in the hospitality industry where he thrived. He worked several years at the Marriott Residence Inn in downtown Kansas City, where he was loved by many.
