Ronnie A. Bunner, 68, Anderson, passed away May 24, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, after an extended illness. He was born June 4, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan, and resided in the Muncie/Anderson area most of his life.
Ronnie was a graduate of Culver Military Academy, Rose Hulman and Ball State University. He served his country in the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam Conflict.
Ronnie retired from Delco/Delphi after 30 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion and was an avid worker on race cars of all kinds. Ronnie loved Corvettes, raced Corvettes and was a member of the Muncie Corvette Club.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Susan Voltz Bunner; daughter, Erin Bunner of Anderson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Grace Collins Bunner-France.
