Ronald Wayne Davies, 65, passed away, Friday, January 29, 2010 in Alamogordo.
He was born May 22, 1944 in Jacksonville, FL John Joseph and Virginia Louise (Baker) Davies.
He retired at Holloman Air Force Base from the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant after twenty-seven years of service, having served in Viet Nam and Operation Desert Shield. After retirement he worked as Sammons for eleven years. He loved children and was a little league baseball coach at his various stations of duty.
He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Deirdre “Dee” Davies of the family home; a daughter, Rozalind Fulcher and Husband Kevin; his grandchildren, Jesse Wayne Fulcher, Emily Davies Fulcher and Kevin Fulcher, all of Scott AFB, IL; a brother, Darryl Keith Davies and Wife Peggy, a half brother, Wayne Scott and a half sister, Katherine Belcher all of Jacksonville, FL.
