Ronald Schomo, 73 of Elkton, MD, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 in the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 18, 1934, he was the son of the late Charles and the late Cecelia Siwik Schomo. He was the beloved husband of Margaret McCrory Schomo of Elkton, MD.
Mr. Schomo served in the Army. He retired from the State of Maryland, MVA working in Data Processing, Quality Assurance.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, and enjoyed reading, movies and live shows. An avid sports fan, he especially enjoyed watching football.
In addition to his loving wife, survivors include: three daughters: Maureen Eisner of Havre de Grace, MD; Lynn Cooper of Forest Hill, MD; Janet Rothenbach of Littlestown, PA; one son: Ronald J. Schomo of Medford Lakes, NJ; his sister: Elaine Gruss of Minneola, FL; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Father Joseph Piekarski will officiate.
