He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, woodworking, and collecting Eagles. Mr. Mitchell is survived by his wife of 14 years Helen A. (Risko) Mitchell of Fitchburg, his mother Doris (Patterson) Mitchell of Pepperell, two sons Jason Mitchell and his wife Laura of Leominster and Jarrod Mitchell of CO, his stepchildren Scott Risko, Joseph McNeil, Erika Thibodeau, and Alice Furbush, two brothers, Wayne Martel and his wife Elaine of NH, and Clement Martel and his wife Cheryl of NH, a sister Mary Peterson of Pepperell, and twelve grandchildren.
