Ronald “Ronnie” Mentrasti has passed suddenly, Wednesday, October 31, 2018. He was born on July 28th, 1962 in Mt. Vernon, NY to the late Louis and Josephine Mentrasti. He is survived by his son Brandon Mentrasti, his sister Andrea Peters (nee Mentrasti) and her husband John Peters, his brother Andrew Mentrasti and his wife Donna, his late twin brother Robert Mentrasti, his nephews Timothy Mentrasti and his wife Amy, and Christopher Mentrasti and his wife Christine, his great nephews, his cousin Danny and other cousins.
Ronnie was known for his sense of humor, his love for the Yankees and Giants and his son. It has only been a year and a half since his twin brother Robert has passed but the family is taking solace in the fact that Ronnie, Robert, and their mother are reunited. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
